Death Ball
Kemco showed this game off in Japan and the U.S. in late 1989, for planned
release in early 1990. As Kemco was wont to do (see their
one castle maze game, titled variously Mickey Mouse,
Roger Rabbit, Bugs Bunny, or Woody Woodpecker), they instead slapped
a licensed character onto their game engine, changed the icons around,
and *boom!* -- instant Snoopy game!
Needless to say, compared to the smart heart icons and cute blob character,
Snoopy and Woodstock just look completely out of place. Screw you, Kemco,
and your sloppy seconds! |
